Entry-Level Sales Representative

$1,000 - $3,000 Week | No Experience Necessary | Sales Coaching & Training

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work with homeowners in your area, introduce them to our services, and guide them from that first friendly conversation all the way to a completed sale. We'll show you exactly how at every step.

Your day looks like:

• Meeting homeowners in your assigned neighborhoods and getting to know them
• Introducing our products and answering their questions
• Helping customers find the right solution for their home
• Guiding them through the process, from hello to installation
• Building relationships that lead to referrals down the road

What You Get

• $200+ per completed sale — the more you close, the more you earn. Top reps frequently close 3+ sales a day.
• $60,000–$80,000 a year is typical for successful new reps, with no ceiling on top performers - our goal is to help you hit $100k - $150k/year!
• Full training and daily field coaching — you're never on your own
• A clear path to leadership for those who want to grow
• Recognition and rewards for strong performance
• President's Club: hit 420 completed installations in a year and earn an all-expenses-paid resort trip to Mexico

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only role—your income is driven by your results, and we give you the training and support to get there.

What We're Looking For

You'll do great here if you:

• Are 18 or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Enjoy talking with people and are comfortable meeting them face-to-face
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Are self-motivated and manage your own time well
• Work well on your own and as part of a team

That's it. Any background in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or door-to-door work is a plus—but honestly, we've seen people with none of that become some of our best reps. If you're motivated and coachable, we'll teach you the rest.
