The candidate should also be comfortable with determining inbound / outbound communication from the application in case things need to be enhanced since these applications tend to work with a lot of data. The candidate should also have good collaboration skills since there may also be a need to partner with others to get these applications moved from GO and JavaScript to Python down the road.
