Regional  Sales Accounts Manager (Hybrid)

As a Regional Sales Accounts Manager , you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, partnering with contractors, construction firms, and industrial customers throughout South Carolina. You'll combine your sales expertise, industry knowledge, and customer-focused approach to help clients find the right equipment and solutions to keep their projects moving forward.

Travel Requirement: Approximately 80% travel within the region.

What You'll Do

• Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored equipment and service solutions.
• Prepare competitive quotes, proposals, and product recommendations.
• Travel throughout South Carolina to meet with clients, conduct presentations, and expand business opportunities.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage accounts, track pipeline activity, and drive sales performance.
• Communicate effectively across multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Deliver engaging presentations to customers, contractors, and decision-making teams.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer experiences and successful project outcomes.
• Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and emerging opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, rental equipment, industrial equipment, or related industries.
• Proven experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales activity.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using technology and digital sales tools.
• Experience creating quotes, proposals, and customer solutions.
• South Carolina-based candidate with the flexibility and willingness to travel regularly.
• Electrical knowledge and oil & gas industry experience are a plus.
• Confident presenting to groups, customers, and leadership teams.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering value to customers.
