Become part of our team.Job DescriptionRole SummaryThe main responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager - OE will be account management of the Stellantis customer account along with several Asian & European OEMs. Other customers could be within scope from time to time based on workloads of broader sales teams. Main TasksProvide ongoing support to customers to ensure high quality customer service and represent voice of customer in internal discussionsResponsible for managing and driving company KPIs: acquisition opportunities, P&L, and managing internal costsSupport the customer projects from a technical as well as commercial perspective from the initial phase until delivery regarding budget, deadlines etc. including feasibility studies Prepare and conduct negotiations related to project scope and engineering changes during the development and production phase Support sales planning for both short and long term strategy, while working in the planning system Manage process and communicate with local and global teamsPresent programs to other departments and local leadership forums Travel locally, domestically, and internationally as necessary to MANN+HUMMEL or customer locations to support programs ExperienceEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related fieldExperience:3+ years of relevant business sales experience and proven success in the automotive industry1+ year minimum sales contract negotiation experience Required Skills:Customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work well under pressureResponsible, respectful, and can adapt themselves to very dynamic situationsAbility and willingness to work off hours when necessaryStrong and assertive, while respectfulConflict management and business communication skillsStrategic, creative & innovativeMust be able to travel local, domestic, and some international as necessary (up to 20%) Preferred Experience and Skills:Stellantis or other automotive OE customer account experience is a plus Are you full of ideas?
