Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Technologist Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evenings Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 3+ years License: CT Registry, BLS Certifications: Preferred Certifications: None Must-Have Skills/Experience: 3 years of experience in the field Description: Provide diagnostic C.T. scans for interpretation by the radiologist or performing physician. Assist in the performance of interventional and special procedures. Participate in procedures such as biopsy, ablation, myelography, and arthrography. Ensure patient care is prioritized during all procedures. Potential to be on call if needed. Apply principles of radiation safety. Organize the daily schedule effectively. Serve as a dedicated resource to the CT team during the shift. Adapt and get along well with a diverse range of people. Dress code requires black scrubs. Unacceptable attire will not be tolerated.
